During this workshop, you’ll be guided through gentle mindfulness meditations and journaling prompts on the topic of courage, what it means to you and how you can connect with it. Daniela’s priority is to create a friendly and non-judgemental space and allow you to journal and meditate without any pressure.
Throughout the session she’ll invite you to share any thoughts or reflections you might have, although there’s never any pressure to share your writing. You don’t need any prior writing or mindfulness experience and you can write in any language you like.
Join Daniela with your favourite journal, pen and an open mind and take this precious time for you. Come as you are and leave feeling restored, reconnected and with a new set of tools for your wellbeing that you can use in your everyday life.
